London property: best address in Europe may fetch well over 100 million pounds

A neo-classical house in London’s Billionaire’s Row has been put up for sale, although its true value or asking price has not yet been disclosed, sources close to the matter have said the seller would be asking for over 100 million pounds. Depending on how high this prices gets, this sale could come close to last August’s record of 140 million pounds set by a Russian buyer in the same area.

A house in the UK’s best neighborhood, or at least its most expensive, has recently been put up for sale by its owner. The home is located at 6 Palace Green in Kensington, one of a small number of London’s private roads. The street viewed by many as the best address in London and even Europe is one of two London streets known as Billionaire’s Row. Read more of this post
